Problem with my Dart PRC 205 Stage 2
#22
Yeah we are going to the track on Friday. I will see if I get the chance to pull the valve covers off this week end. I will also pull the Y to see if it smokes just on one side, or the other. I wish this would have gone as planed, no smoking involved.

I talked to Jason a TSP today; he said to go with my gut on what I wanted to do with the smoking issue. I think that I will try to put on the valve seals first. That seams to be the easiest thing to do; I just don’t won’t to pull the heads, unless I have to. Jason also said that he will send me some new seals hopefully soon. So that is what I will have to try first. I just hope that this fixes it.

Have you not followed any post on here?? Dart is an American company, I posted all this already but here is goes again.
We design the head out of raw castings, send to our pattern shop in Richmond Michigan (we own the shop it called US Pattern), then the tooling goes to the foundry located in Iowa (we dont own), they pour the heads and ship to CHM (which stands for Cylinder Head Machining we own that also) it is located in Melvindale Michigan, after that all machined castings come here to have the head specialist deburr, blend, guide, valve job (done with Serdi's), hone the guides, and then box and ship!!!
China NO, maybe there are other sell outs out there but Dart is not one of them.....
