RL-1158L Have the oiling groove
RL-1158XL He said to buy these if I have adjustable rockers and they have the oiling groove..

When I talked to them they said they are the same... Not sure why they have the part numbers all mixed up...

bump...

gonna get a cam in a month or so, wanted to see if these are worth it. I tend to be skeptical...but if it makes a slightly more aggressive cam idle and smog better, would be worth it.

I put them in my CTS-V.

Still down to fine tunning , but it is looking like 0.060" preload is optimum.

yes they work but. they make noise. i dont find them annoying. I will try to make a video so you can hear the idle of my cam. my cam again is 216/224

You dont waste as much gas at idle i have still maintained my 14/15 mpg on streets and a round 25 on freeway. it will tame a wild surging cam if you have a A4 car. my torque is flat and revs to 5800 no problem thanks too dual springs and hardened rods

noise dont bother me so much. as long as it doesn't sound like a rattle trap.
im looking to get a 225/230ish cam, but was looking at the rhoads to help idle quality and smog checks.

No cam (either car).

The stock LS6 cam is supposed to be a very good blower cam.

I got Mr. Vette dyno'd and with maggie, Blackwing CAI and Borla headers.
485 rwhp 432 ft lbs.

The next "mod" on Mr. Vette is a Stealth tune.

The Rhoads are in the Cad.

After fine tune the Cad is going to see the dyno.

Just curious as to why you would change lifters with that cam and a set of fairly mild springs????
