Default Camaro won't start looking for help on problem!!

I own a 2000 SS with mods including cam, and I started it 2 days ago to let it warm up. While doing that it was about to die so I gave it gas and it sounded like ****. Then the car blew out brown exhaust fumes and died out. I came to find that the stock battery had crapped out, so i replaced it with a Optima earlier today. When attempting to start it wanted to turn over but it sounds like the cam wont let it. The cam size for support is 222/222 563/563 with a lobe seperation of 114. Any ideas, I'm dying here.

Can you turn the motor over by hand or is it locked up? Any recent mods that could be causing it?

The motor will turn over just not enough to get it to totally turn over. The only recent mods were,ATI Pro Charger,42 1/2 lb fuel Injectors and a inline fuel pump. Also there was tuning. I have had that stuff for over 3 months and just 2 days ago it started acting up.

i figured it out!! The injectors are flooding out the motor. I took out the relays for the fule pump and the injectors and let the car sit for about an hour. Then it started for 2-4 seconds until the gas was gone. Thanks for the help. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
