Default whats the weak internal point of a factory ls1

i am planning on building up my ls1 and plan on putting a few internals in it...i wanted to know if anyone could help me out...whats the weak point when you start turnin up high rpm's in an ls1...i know in lightnings they say that the rods are the first thing to take a sh_t....anyone know what goes first in the ls1???

Also i am planning on getting a better cam for my truck, i was told to call flotech (spelling?) and speak with them about it...but im open to any suggestions that any of you would be willing to give...thanks guys

ls1 rod bolts will go before anything else, assuming proper oiling.

Yeah, but that is not happening until you are crankin' out some serious "no screwing around" power.
