I guess I should elaborate on my answer. For my cam selection, I decided to go for max midrange torque, even if that lowered my peak numbers. In reality, thats where I can actually use the power, since the only racing I'll do will be road course or maybe autoX, and the occasional street blast. (closed course, legal ****, natch!) This choice seems to have worked out pretty well, and both in driving, and in dyno curve, the fat band of TQ, starts early, and holds for a long time. Top end still feels way strong, and idle is at 825, with a very minor lope.

check vinci's website, i think he's got dyno #'s. 30-35rwhp? has a chop to it. 1800-6100 rpm rage. strong trq all the way thru the rpm band, with good hp.

Only thing I can tell you was I went from 329 with headers to 370 with headers and cam and an issue at 6,000 that was killing power with the small cam I have. So that was at least a 40 hp gain. Seen several others running this same cam, its small but seems to put down good numbers without high revs. I have my rev limited set at stock.
