hey i used a set of patriot perf. 5.3 heads on my last car, and i used the GM replacement gasket (and bolts) for the 5.7 with no probs. however, mine wasn't milled either. i would recommend calling a sponsor also. i know everybody says that, but they are the pros, they might have the best answer.

Get the graphite GM replacement.
Also measure your PTV, that cam with bigger valves and milled heads might need flycutting.
Call TSP and find out, if anyone knows, it is them.

well i bought the heads and cam as a kit, and i just finally was able to get the guy i bought them from on the phone, and he had no PTV clearance issues, and they were milled before he installed them on his car. I guess i will just cross my fingers go with the stock replacements, bolt them down, and turn the crank by hand. lol if it stops i guess i have issues.

I would still call TSP to find out what your margins are. If too tight why tear it down twice? Then you'll be ready to flycut, it is not really difficult, just time consuming.
