Default Cam questions???

I am thinking of buying the TSP 233/239 on a 112lsa the lift goes over .600 i think it is .603 i believe doe that mean i have to buy a set of heads that will lift over .603 because the set i was looking is teh patriot performance LS6 heads and they say .600 will theses not work. Im new to this so please any info would help.

Ls6 heads will more than do it. the 243 castings are going to work great with that cam. Are you A4 or M6? Stalled? Gears?

we need some more info, but I think you mean that the springs are good for .600 lift. I have stock 98 castings (851 i think) and I run a cam with .610 lift. just get a good set of springs like the patriot duals.

Yeah, that was what I thought at first, but he might have truely meant the heads. 918's will work on most cams under .610 I wouldn't push your luck though I run them and have on 3 cams and 15,000 miles.

918's would work, you just need to shim them. I would get a dual spring for the peace of mind anyway. they are cheap to boot.

He has to be talking about springs....go back and insert the word "spring(s)" in place of where he has the word "head(s)".

4.10's? Shyyyyyyyyyyt! You can run that cam with no problems! unless you have a modified head. always chek PTV when doing a cam or heads.
