MS3 cam is comming FEW Q's?

I have a 2000 C5 M6. I drive the car very aggresivly. Right now i have Vararam Intake, supermaxx headers, B&B cat back. Now i here that it does not make power untill 4500??Is this the case? Will i have to rap this out to 7,000RPMS to get this thing moving? I run 12:20's now and em looking for mid 11's. Im going to stick with my stock greas (342). Anything i should look out for? O ya and i will be using stock heads.

From what I've heard the MS3 makes power a bit sooner than 4500 but I would rev to at least 6800 with that cam. On TSP's site it says the cam peaks around 6400.

Hmm if it peaks at 6400 why do people say to run them out to 7,000.?

A lot of cams like that will peak around there but still carry out the power further down the RPM's.

hmm, can anyone tell me what kind of down low power i might see. Is it a real big torque curve to go form 3,000-6800 rpms?

use the search button ull find tons of MS3 dyno graphs, i would def put 4.10s in it tho

you will really like the ms3, finally got my car done last week and had the car out all weekend long. i have touched up ls1 heads and the ms3 in an a4. car pulls so much harder then my old set up in sig. i can't wait for a full tune, you will love the cam though.
