Default Should i swap cams?

alright, im trying to decide if i should swap cams or not. i have the motor out for what i believe/hope is a bearing problem, and im doing a number of other things while its out.

new mods:
P&P 5.3 heads
Long tubes/true duals
turbo 350 trans
tune

Now, my current cam is a 230/226 .597/.565 113. It made the numbers below through a stalled 4l60e untuned on an otherwise stock car.

my goals with the car are pretty simple/easy to obtain i think.. i want 400ish rwhp n/a from this setup, and 600 or close to it on a 200 shot.

Will those goals be obtainable with the current cam? or do i need to switch? (btw, i have 918s so whichever cam i choose will have to be <.600 lift)

thanks for the help

Thumbs up

You probably are going to want to sooner or later so I would go a little more agressive and a longer duration.
I would also do a stroker set up instead of or with the 200 shot. A 383 stroker usually makes more then 600 rwhp. It also makes for a nice sleeper.

Im doing my 98 convertible with lunati cam, comp cam lifters, pushrods, rocker kit, and ported, polished heads. I need money for the stroker setup.

I would get rid of that reverse split. ESPECIALLY if you are spraying the car.
