If you already have 243 heads and aren't going aggressive, then I would change them. Here are some numbers for you. I have 422rwhp, 408rwtq with induction, dual exhaust, tuning, m6, 228 on 112lsa cam, and 243 stock heads. I put a set of patriot cnc 243 heads, 232/234 on 114lsa cam, SLP catback, induction, tuning on an auto and it only yielded 394rwhp, 361rwtq. This was on a friend of mine's car. Both are 2001 Z28/SS. IF you are not going for the high numbers and aggresive performance I wouldn't mess with expensive heads. To me the HP/dollar ratio isn't worth it. But if you are going to upgrade to a larger cam/heads/exhaust then spend the money. I recommend getting the comp cams dyno sim advanced software to play around with applications. I did that with mine and am almost dead on with the numbers. Just my 2 cents.
