You guys do realize that the size of the cam is based on the duration right? I would imagine this cam to be similar in characteristics to the 233/239 torquer with better power in the lower rpm range and about equal upstairs.

Can anyone speak to the high lift questions and spring durability/lifespan?
Is this cam more for the track junky or is it cool for the street warrior (pardon the ghey metaphors)? Let's be honest we all want big power gains but don't wanna be hassled with spring replacement etc.

Jon at Texas Speed has a cam in his 408 which has .646 intake and .623 exhaust and he's got about 12k miles on his springs right now. When he hits it with a 300 pill they hold up to the pressure. I personally have put 25k miles on my PRC springs with a 235/240 .603 .609 lift cam, and I now have an LSK lobe cam on the same springs and do not experience valve float. As long as you are running a good double spring like the PRC I dont think there will be as adverse of an affect as people think there will be.
