I personally have put 25k miles on my PRC springs with a 235/240 .603 .609 lift cam, and I now have an LSK lobe cam on the same springs and do not experience valve float. As long as you are running a good double spring like the PRC I dont think there will be as adverse of an affect as people think there will be.

I have a set of your PRC dual springs on your torquer (1) (.595 lift)cam with 23,000 miles and they are working great..they see the red line every day..

Thats awesome, mine isnt exactly driven lightly every day either and im hoping to get 30,000 miles out of my PRC springs. For the price and longevity of the springs they are the best on the market!

You are right about that..a great value..do you think they are strong enough for use with a custom cam with LSK lobes on intake and exhaust 637-639 lift

I'm in the process of a 402 buildup.. I'd be intrested to hear some more about that cam that Jon has in the 408..... I'm looking to go with something like that, but more leaned towards nitrous uss... as I will be adding a direct port relativly soon after the motor is in and running.

Thanks.

Nice price. Interested to see a dyno graph. Do you guys know what the increase over stock heads are on these? Looking for 50 HP increase.

How much compression are these with the .4 gasket? 11.5 compression without flycutting would fair very high on my list.

Here's a video clip of my gto that they installed their heads/cam and fast 90 on:
http://www.texas-speed.com/bluegoat.mpg

I know its a little quiet for some of you guys but I have since installed cutouts only for track use, but it sounds a lot meaner with them open and they were put right after the x-pipe.

Thanks.

Give Jon a call and ask him about it. He sprays a couple stages on his motor with that cam and likes it. He'll be glad to tell you all about it!
