Fel Pro makes a .041 (P/N 375-1160R) for a 3.900'' to 3.945'' bore if that helps. (Hey, at least I tried!!) 
If you're like me, you're a little leary of the Cometics right now. Prior tho the last couple of months, I hadn't heard anything but good things about them.

OK Zick, I've been doing a little research and it appears as if Specialty Component Engineering ( www.scegaskets.com )makes gaskets in.030, .043, .050, and .062 in your bore size. (and many more bore sizes, too!) They have several different types of gaskets, so you're not limited to just one or two. Hope this helps.
i just ordered a set of .040 cometics and am now wondering if it was a bad idea now.luckily the motor is out of the car so i can get everything nice and clean.you guys recon i need to spray these bastages before i put them on or drop a couple of those "pellets"in the radiator ?btw=i wish i would have took a look at the sce,titan gaskets as well
