Default weird tapping noise after cam install

i installed a new comp cams xe 222/224 .566/.568 112lsa and manly pushrods, comp cams lifters, comp 918 springs. and about 400 miles into the break in it starts tapping loud. It sounds like something in the valve train but it doesnt do it all the time, just every once in a while, and when it starts tapping it usualy doesnt do it for long, just a few seconds or so, i cant figure it out. Do you guys think it could be the rocker arms? I checked them out when i put the cam in and they felt ok.

sounds like valve lash. take off the valve covers and torque ur rockers down to 22-24 ft/lbs.

Is it during sustained no load 50-60mph and up? It could be your tune. Your spark adv could be too far for the new cam in that region. Can you scan it?
