I would say a 224/226 .571 .575 112 would give u a peak power at around maybe 6200 rpm but with a tight LSA of 112 or 111 would let you be able to rev up quicker.

you really donyt need a new timing chain that single roller will last a while. They dont wear out like belt drives do.
yeah, why would you change out a timing chain? it's not like if it fails anything major will happen. also, if you're going to spin 6,500+ rpm on a stock pre-01 shortblock, you don't need rodbolts, they weren't upgraded for a reason..hah you guys kill me.
do it once, do it right, or don't do it at all. if you're going to cam it, at least change rod bolts, upgrqade your oil pump and timing chain...don't cut corners. these motors are very well built from the factory with 2 major defects: oiling and rod bolts.

You definitely want to get a new oil pump, along with a new timing chain. The LS2 is a huge step above the stock LS1, and is what I am running. If you can afford to do the rod bolts, go ahead. I spin my motor to 6800 daily and haven't had a problem yet, not saying it can't happen though.
In my opinion, TSP's cams aren't making the TQ that they should to match the HP output of them. From our dyno day last Saturday, I made 14 more rwhp, and a good amount of torque more than a MS3 cammed car. That car had all the same mods, and true duals. Do your research before hand, and you will be extremely happy!
