best heads for T-rex cam
I have all the bolt ons with LT headers, LS6 intake, SLP underdrive pulley, and a T-REX cam. dynoed 410 rwhp and was wondering what set of heads are best for this engine sense it still has stock heads and how much power I would see changing heads. i would like to run a 175 to 200 shot soon so i need a head up to the task. thanks in advance for the help.

You'll need something with stock valves like a CNC LS6 head if you don't want to flycut. If you've got the money, I've seen a guy running a TRex with ET 215 heads manage 10s in the 1/4. I'm going to try and save for the ETPs, but if time gets the better of me I may go with some Darts. I think you will have a better DCR with an aftermarket casting. I'm sure some others will chime in with some good info for ya.

3 ways without flycutting:
1- CNC your own heads (stock valves)
2- LS2/LS6 243 casting CNC heads (stock valves)
3- My favorite if I had to choose (6.0 casting with stock valves and 59cc welded chambers), I know PP can do that.

Talk to Gunnar, I'm sure he can throw some more light on this.
I know TSP can recess valves to increase clearance by .020 as well.

4- Aftermarket pistons with valve reliefs, CNC ported heads milled 0.070, 57cc chamber, 2.02 intake valve, 1.575 exhaust valve
Well at least this is what i did!!

I wish I had some numbers for you but my motor is still in the garage waiting to be put in the car. its all built now but its not in yet. I dont really know what its gonna do. Some people think 440, 450 to the wheels NA, but i just hope it fires up and doesnt blow up!!!

I think corrected you make 379.1 thats what the shop said anyways. Your 410 was uncorrected, so with heads you probably will achieve the 410 your stating. As for the nitrous I wouldnt expect your motor to hold up that long with the setup you have. You might wanna look into getting some good parts for your transmission. I remember when we raced last year, your 2nd gear was going out, but you managed to get it home and still drive on it till this day.... Thank god those T56's hold up great.
Also make sure you get a window switch, WOT switch, and use some good gas. You might wanna look into a 1st gear lock out switch as well. Also with that much power you probably will need a good rear end, and some sticky tires. My blue car is running 11.33's with the stock rear, but its starting to clunk, so it will probably go anyday now.

You forgot the most powerful option.
ET Performance 215 or 225 heads.
You can run a 59cc setup with no problem using the ETP heads.
They give quite a bit etra P/V clearence then the stock head does.
