Default Cam on 35th ss M6

Ok so i have a 35th anniversary camaro ss M6 with Qtp Longtubes, ORY, airlid, K&N filter, and 4.10's in the stock 10 bolt. I was very intrested in getting the T-rex from thunder racing. I have read many forms and from what i've heard so far is the cam isn't streetable. What is the next best kind of cam i can get that will give me sumthin close to the T-rex power and torque wise, but will have alright street drivability? The car is a weekend car and will see the track when necessary. Whats yar opinion?

I believe TSP's MS3 is right up there withthe TRex and it has better street manners (from what I've read). Someone with more experience feel free to chime in.

Trak is bad ***....ms3 smaller than the Trex but it makes good power under the curve...so does the S cam which is what i have....the Trex is so awesome though...ive seen up to 440hp cam only with that cam

All you need is a decent tune and you can run the T-Rex daily.

Exactly. With a great tune, the T-Rex could be streetable with time. You would need to do some part throttle tuning also on it, not just the WOT stuff. If you don't want to go that large, I would go with Thunder's next cam, the TRak. I am making killer power off this thing, and with a dyno tune, I am going to go for closer to 440 cam only. As far as under the curve power, I am making more than the MS3 graphs I have seen at peak power, and under the curve. Good luck!

The TRak cam is a great cam, along with all of Thunders other cams. I wouldnt hesitate to call them up about a cam. When it comes to cams, do it right the first time.
