Drilling 1/2inch holes in lifter trays?

I hate to be redundant, but are the holes located above the webbing inside when you look on the inside of the tray ???

yeah I don't think I'm going to do it. It's not that worthy enough IMO. Good luck to everyone else who tries, and again thanks for everyones input.
