actually ET makes an ls7 type head for your 4in bore. big $$ yes, but you get to use the ls7 intake which is cheaper than and outflows a ported fast 90. its a shame the ls6/fast intakes suck so bad because ET's own 11 deg 255cc cathedral heads outflow their 4in 250cc ls7's.

Well, I personally didn't want to spend 2-3k on heads with a ridiculous wait time, so I'm spending a little less than 1k to get my 317's ported with a 2.08/1.6 valve setup to flow in the range of what the AFR 225's do. I can stand to leave 15 rwhp on the table that I would have with the AFR's or ETP's while saving 1k+ dollars. Just an idea.

AFR 225s are the winning ticket here and keep your eyes peeled here for a nice used set with minimial miles to pop up (as its just a matter of time) if your on a budget and not in a big hurry!!

I agree with MTI 427, be patient and you will find a used set cheaper and right away.

Are you saying that you have been waiting over a year for your AFR heads? Maybe I didn't read that properly.
