its a stock forged 346
patriot stage 2 6.0 heads 64cc

Well, I am not going to be the only one to suggest this to you.....search a little more.
But since you ask I will try my best.
What is the car's primary use?
Daily Driven?
Strip/ Steet/ Auto-X
230/236 - 224/224 - 226/232
And what is a "stock forged" motor? Unless you mean stock cubes.

OK im "The Friend"
Basically, i want the max performance-But still the driveability of an everyday car if i needed it to be.
Im just haveing a hard time matching the heads and stall to a proper size cam
thanks guys

Just got off the phone with a tech from SPDC2000
Let me get your guys .02
He recommended a cam called N228
here are the specs
228/236 114 LSA Lift on the intake side 551 and the a 600 in the exhaust
so, watcha guys think?

If you insist on running such a large exhaust lobe, then you could increase the duration on your intake side to not be so heavily exhaust biased. This would allow you more RPM range and theoretically more power potential.
I also wouldn't buy a 114 LSA cam, but that's just me. If I was concerned with overlap, I would just opt for smaller lobes ground closer together.
FWIW, that intake lobe appears to be a little "lazy". I would consider more aggresive profiles.

I wouldn't want my exhaust valve opening so early (236 lobe), needlessly bleeding off pressure too early before bottom dead center.
