The race style headers do NOT have the EGR and AIR provisions. So you will have to have them turned off when you get a tune to keep your check engine light from coming on. If you didnt want to get a full tune you can just have a tunner turn them off for you, for probably around $100

 

whats the process to properly secure header bolts. i know with most headers you have to check the bolts for the first few days after installed to make sure the bolts stay tight. some one said use a washer if you reuse the orginal hardware, do you mean lockwashers or just a plain one?
