Is F13 an ok blower cam?

Is F13 an ok blower cam? I have a c5 that i will be installing H/C and was wondering if i wanted to add a blower later on, that the H/C would not cause any problems.

Something like a 226/238 intake and exhaust on a bigger cam would be far superior as you have to get that exhaust out!!
