Mileage Question

Would 121k miles be considered High Mileage for these engines in a bad way?

If it was taken care of ..(reg oil changes etc.) and not beat the **** out of for those 121K miles, it wouldn't be too bad, some LS1s have more than 200K miles and still running strong

Yeah, Ive been pretty hard on mine from time to time, and my motor looked in amazingly good condition at 95K+ miles...

I'm pretty sure it was a nicely pampered car. If not though would stuff like new pushrods and valve springs help freshen it up, or if I'm going to go that far should I just have it rebuilt?

Youll need new valvesprings, seals and pushrods anyway when you install a monster cam!
