If it was taken care of ..(reg oil changes etc.) and not beat the **** out of for those 121K miles, it wouldn't be too bad, some LS1s have more than 200K miles and still running strong
I'm pretty sure it was a nicely pampered car. If not though would stuff like new pushrods and valve springs help freshen it up, or if I'm going to go that far should I just have it rebuilt?
