my car feels slower after cam install?

I just installed comp 228 230 112 and it feels slower i think, other mods in the sig. anyone know why it would feel this way?

it sounds like whoever tuned your car didn't do a good job.no flame intended.either that or something is mechanically wrong.i've spent a little over a year fixing the "tune"someone else did for me.

well i just took it out again and i think it just feels slower to me cuz ive lost a little low end and im not used to that but uptop 4000 rpm up it runs like a monster 2nd gear to 3rd gear at wot and the car almost went sideways

the tuner is fair guy. i would probably have him give a good basline for me if he could. slim shady your car will be slower down low but once it hits its going ot pull like hell. down low im somewhat ofa dog but my stall makes up for that but your case learn to stay higher in rpms. if you wish pay big dollars and get a dyno tune which is best bet but brian went what he did on a SNS tune

Anyhow that aside, yes you need a TUNE messing with the computer without acutally running the car and monitoring the a/f is a total waste of time.

Why would you want to go that size?
Stick with what you have now.
4.10's are PERFECT and your cam if it doesnt make enough low end power.. switch it out to something else if you so desire.
