Milled 241 heads on 5.3 I gotta friend thats tryin to sell me his 241 heads..are these heads worth getting milled and putting on my 5.3? how much can you mille these with no intake fitting proplems.. how well do these heads flow vs the stock 5.3 heads?

241 and 5.3 heads have the same intake runner design, and i believe that you'd have to mill the 241s alot to get the same compression that the stock 5.3s have, so i'd stay with what you have.
