The ones that I have done were spare tire, jack, back seats and seat belts, and washer fluid resevoir. If you do the washer resevoir one make sure its empty, because I didn't, and I didn't even think about it, and spilled it everywhere. Ah, but its all good. You will see what I mean if you go to do it. Well here is a link to a list I found using the search.....this should help you out.....

Since this is in internal engine.......all of these anwers are wrong!!!!!

You can install a smaller camshaft, and run a quart low on oil....and coolant! Those 3 mods alne have to be good for a few pounds!!!! Also a lightweight aluminum flywheel (M6)!!!!!!!!

Bad Joke^^^^

By no means is it race weight, but with the rear seats deleted, spare and jack removed, my z28 weighs in at 3380.

I removed my carpet and padding and put down a DIY spray in bedliner (thin coat, less than 1lb can of it). I pulled the back seats, rear seat belts, spare tire and the jack. I plan on running Kirkey seats up front, lightweight battery relocated to the rear, VFN fiberglass hood, Pro-star wheels and once I get a cage in I'll remove the airbags and front and rear bumper supports.

You can also get a tubular k-member, light weight brakes, lexan back window, pull the ac unit, heater, p/s, swaybar, egr/air, speakers, firewall padding, padding under the dash and in the door panels and many other things you find that you have the desire to tear out of there!
