Step it up THUNDER RACING
I still like my TR230/224 and the numbers were pretty dam good on my car if you ask me, especially considering I'm still short a few bolt ons and running through a PT4000 converter: https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamometer-results-comparisons/476349-tr230-224-a4-dyno.html

Thunder is still way ahead of TSP on damn near everything except their own heads.
Both companies are great and TSP has narrowed the gap but TR still has a edge.
They were the first to use the LSk lobes with their cheater and trak cams.
I am sure if they felt there was a better cam design for the best overall cam only setup they would have it on the way soon.
This is in no way a diss to TSP just a huge + for TR.
TSP is also great and I deal with them quite often.

I hate to jump on the bandwagon (usually I post in DISagreement with popular opinion), but I personally have been privy to some of the R&D that went into the TRex cam. In developing the cam, they left no stone un-turned in an effort to get the most power possible from a stock-style intake, heads, and cid. I'd venture to say that it would be VERY difficult to come up with something better. If someone tries to improve upon it, it may gain 2 or 3 hp up top, but lose 40 ft-lb of torque down low, not to mention TR probably has an R&D cam on the shelf that's the same spec's.
