From the SpinTron data I have... Stock Rockers, stock pushrods, Upgraded Springs (Beehives and Duals), Mild .600 lift Cam, stock heads and ET LS7 Heads.
Everything looks really good up to 7000 RPM, Starts going away at 7500 RPM, at 8000 RPM there is significant valve bounce and spring surge, at 9000 RPM the rockers spit all thier needle bearings and the tops of the guides broke off.
When I have some free time I want to put a combo together that has good valvetrain dynamics at 9000 RPM.
Everything looks really good up to 7000 RPM, Starts going away at 7500 RPM, at 8000 RPM there is significant valve bounce and spring surge, at 9000 RPM the rockers spit all thier needle bearings and the tops of the guides broke off.
When I have some free time I want to put a combo together that has good valvetrain dynamics at 9000 RPM.

Was this with stock lifters and rod bolts?
