Just curious but why? I've used ford motorsport green top injectors on several cars some making over 600 rwhp and never had any problems.

read this...

For the amount of money we throw at our cars, an extra $200 or whatever is worth it to me for peace of mind.

Again, anyone know if the injectors in the first link are the correct ones???

well the cly7 lean condition is more of an intake design flaw, same with the cly 2 & 7 on 03-04 cobras. The reason they run lean is because that cly. is getting more air than the others, that’s when a standalone engine management comes in handy with ind. cly. control so you can compensate for poor intake design. As for that article some people tend to over think things too much. Yes it is possible but not probable. Just curious what kinda of setup are you building? I could understand going with these injectors if you are building a wild crazy setup that is going to be running on the edge of destruction but on a street or mild race setup I think they are overkill and a waste of money.

BTW those are the correct injectors.

Your right I am not building a crazy setup, but I got out of the Rotary for reliability and trying to maintain that. Here is my build...

your setup is very close to mine (need to update my sig.)

fast 90mm intake
NW 90mm tb
Futral F13 230"/232" .595"/.585" 112LSA
ARP rod bolts
1 7/8 longtubes
dual 2 1/2 exhaust
Mail order tune
85 mm slp MAF
ASP underdrive crank and alt pulley
42 lbs/hr motorsport injectors

and just installed a set of stage 2 ls6 heads milled for 11:1 compression last night

Trust me on this the matched 42s are a waste of money, you're not driving a rotary POS anymore.

Before the heads I've sprayed a 250 dry shot several times with no problems and if non-matched injectors were ever going to be a problem I think it would have shown up when I was spraying the eyeballs out of my car .

**** man that's alot of spray! How much power are you making NA? I just bought a set of SVO 30# not flow matched here from a local supplier, I was told that they would be good for about 480rwhp. BTW I beleive you that's why I went with the regular ones, and I figure the 42# injectors were a bit to big for me. I don't plan on making more then 450rwhp, no spray.

with the mods in my sig it made 351 rwhp, going to C.A.M in a week or two to get it tuned with the new mods.

After a few thousand miles the injectors won't be flowing the same anymore. While it's not a bad idea, I think it's overkill for mild HP setups.
