So what happened here? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> What did you wind up going with?
I just went with a TR220.. haven't installed it yet.. bought it though... with the 918's... I figure changing them every 20K with the way i treat the car.. I heard changing plugs was a bigger headache than springs...
Supposedly no real hardship to do, so you might wanna consider that. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

i like my t1 bought it used. times in sig . i have two buddys that live down the street from me that have ls1 cars with all mods like me one has tr224-112 vig 3200 3.73s the other comp 224/567/112,vig 3800 3.73s and i run just under a tenth of sec. slower than them in same conditions.the diff. is in the 60ft. i mph more in the 1/8th and same in the 1/4. not bad for small cam and 3.23s.

I dont know if there is a difference in the TR 224 and the CC 224 .581, but I have the later and wow...... try to go from a 20 or so roll on the street with reg. radials, <img border="0" alt="[burn out]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_burnout.gif" /> , I like it alot, and am on STOCK heads. no new numbers of any sort yet, just waiting for more money to buy a new rear and tranny. but go for one of the 224 cams, get it tuned, and I promise you will like it.
