Those are a few threads I got from a quick search. The MS4 is a lot like the MS3 with more low end. Most will probably say to go with the MS4 for the low end grunt advantage. The TRex has been proven again and again. Either way you'll have a sick car.
It's big...however I know of a couple local M6 guys with bigger cams than the trex that daily drive their cars.
My cam is basically a trex...same duration and lsa but a little more lift. But I'm auto with a big convertor and 3.73s. The convertor flashes just shy of 4K rpm, from flash up it pulls like a freight train to 7K rpm.
With a 6 speed you'll want at least a 3.73 gear, preferrably a 4.10 You can probably run the MS4 with stock 3.42s without much trouble due to the increased lowend performance of that cam. You may not need to take that cam much past 6500rpm to make peak power either with the stock heads.
I voted trex cuz I'm biased

If you don't have or want to do gears then go with the MS4.

My 'trex' fit fine without flycutting the pistons using the stock bottom end in my car with the tsp/prc stage 1 ls6 heads that are not milled.
sounds like the trex has more top end and the ms4 creates more mid range power.
