is it dumb to run a cam with only .588/.574 lift and use prc spring that are rated to .660? any pros or cons on this?

just seems cheaper goign that route cant find a good package deal with 918 springs

alittle harder on the rockers, lifters pushrods etc..and might loose a very small amount of hp. but i would think the springs would last alot longer then ones rated closer to your lift.

You can run a dual spring and be perfectly fine. I run a 918 on my cam.

You also have a forged motor that you can probably crank up to 7k no problem. I would want durability at that point as well.
