don't bother emailing TSP, call them. I've had absolutley zero luck with email, and i've tried several times. Since they're brand new, you shouldn't have a problem getting the issue resolved. As long as they weren't an ebay purchase or anything.

I called tsp, they said that they have changed the castings since i orderd my heads, and there now welding the spot where mine broke on all there heads. So there going to exchange the head for a new casting.

that metal looks really really thin.. if that's from the porting.. that really worries me about the intregreity of hogged out heads. This is the first time I've seen that, but 'm willing to bet that there's other people that have had the same thign happen, we just haven't heard about it.

When i was on the phone with tsp they said that this has happend before, but its extremely rare. Thats y they started welding it.
