High Miler LS1
It runs VERY strong. It could probably use a pushrod and valve spring change (a few mechanical over-revs).
The only parts that do get worn out are more like shocks, springs, bushings and driveline parts (M6 in my car, more abuse on driveline).
The tranny is more likely to go out(if an A4) before the motor!

Dynoed 300 RWHP and 322 RWTQ at 109,000 miles on a Dynapack.
Oh ya and still has the original clutch.
