The lifter is 100% USA made it is not a reboxed OEM production piece nor an imported piece.
Tolerances and manufacturing quality allow this lifter to rev higher in the rpms and run longer in the rpms without pumping up. This will result in more power.
The lifter is fully rebuildable. So after the initial purchase you have bought your last set of LS1 lifters.

the new gm lifter is alright , i have the new lifter, its the one they run in the ct-v r's, but you have to remember they rev 8000 rpm, but they have ti vlaves, and other very trick valvetrain parts. with stainless valves you are going to be hard pressed to rev it past 7200 rpm.
