Drive, I'm just in Kentucky if you really feel froggy.

Doesn't mean he doesn't have $100-200 to get a consultation.

Experience with lawsuits and the legal system.

Yes. Learn to read and infer meanings. It is typically taught somewhere around 7th grade here in the US.

Hire a collection company, you can at least go after his credit. If you are in the same state file a claim in court.

what ever town you are in you can find a collection company in the yellow pages. they will require documentation and prof of payment the rest is up to them. small claims court is easy you go down to the clerk and file a claim. they will need all names and addresses.

HEY GUYS, well things ended upworking out. i finally got the motor sold. me an steve worked things out. i understood what was going on. so things are cool now. steve is a genuinely good guy. he just cant always get to the phone of get back to you as fast as most people. but that doesnt mean hes a bad guy.so again things are cool now. i would definatly buy another motor from him. it seemd lke he was jerking me around but he wasnt. we talked it out an it was a big misunderstanding

i'm pretty sure you _were_ being jerked around, otherwise the situation would have been resolved much sooner.
