Define loss of low end torque. put it in idiot terms lol. Do you mean she doesnt pull well in the lower part of the rpm range but up top its a monster? a little n2o will help that

Max Horsepower-382.92
Max Torque-359.14
A/F-13.15@6300RPMs
The weather was 68.27 degrees *F with 21% Humidity
He ran it on the dyno 6 times playing with the timing and a/f. After the 5th dyno pull he gave it an hour cool down and on the final pass it came with:
Max Horsepower-386.64
Max Torque-367.01
A/F-13.47@6550RPMs
He set the idle at 950rpms, at times it seems like it wants to die but then the rpms jump right back up to 950. I have no complaints whatsoever. I knew i was going to lose a good amount of low end torque, but let me tell you when you take this baby up to 6500rpm you better sit back and hold on.

nice numbers, what type of dyno was used?? dyno jet or a mustang dyno?

I believe Rev Xtreme runs a dyno jet but im not totally sure. Loss of low end torque well what i mean by that is that before with the stock cam you would make a good amount of power all the way up to 6k. My torque now peaks at 4800-4900rpms. Wish i had a scanner to show you guys how around 4100-4200rpms you see where the horsepower gets a bump and just starts to go up. But yeah i will be installing a TNT F2 nitrous kit pretty soon, so its going to make things even more interesting. I used TSP Dual Valvesprings, and they just sat right in. Even using the crane cams compressor is pretty hard on the back ones because you can't tell if the valves are coming up centered through the retainers. Yeah no LS6 intake, just the stock LS1. Ryan @ Rev Xtreme told me i could see a significant jump in power with just a swap to the LS6.

id say they are a little low but once you put the Ls6 intake on it will pick up tp around 400!!!! your AFR is a little Lean BTW!!! but i guess the tuner just wanted to make some power!!!!

Well i was expecting horsepower to be between 380-385, so when i saw 386 at the end i was in shock. But then again i am running the LS1 intake manifold, and for exhaust i was running SLP longtubes with 12" extensions dumped. So i got absolutely no back pressure running through the exhaust.

equation?!?? a safe AFR would ne from 12.5 to 12.7 any where above is getting a little lean and COULD be dangerous and below is rich and your losing some ponies!!!

I thought that anything near the 13.5 was perfectly fine for an N/A car?

now Im a lil confused im seeing people with similar mods to mine in there sig in here with the MS3 putting down 380-400 RWHP running 11.9x well mine only put down 362 on the dyno jet and went 11.95 should my numbers be higher like not the greatest tune or are some dyno jets different then others?

Your numbers are fine, the ETs are all that matters. Your dyno numbers are always going to be lower because you have a stalled auto.

Yeah since your an automatic your dyno numbers wont be nothing like those of a manual. But your track times will definetly look alot better than mine. I agree with detroit muscle you can put down as much power as you want if your ETs suck then whats the point.

I got a few questions:
1. I drilled my throttlebody and now for some reason i keep getting the Throttlebody Range/Performance code (P0121). Could drilling the throttlebody h ave messed something up?
2. I just got the car tuned and i noticed that when i turn the wheel or hit the brakes (basically put load on the engine) the rpms drop considerably to about the high 500s to low 600s. Could it be that maybe the tune i got wasn't that good or that the cam is so large that the engine at those RPMs can't hang for those few seconds? Theres times where the rpms drop like that but they come back up, the car has yet to turn off on me since the tune.

This has been my biggest concern with the MS3. I don't have it installed yet but I don't want the car to fall on its face. I have been reassured that your same problem will not happen as long as the tune is good. I have been warned that it will take a little while to work the bugs out. Oh well, high performance means high maintenance, right?!? Any explainations from the tuner on this?

How does your car run with the MS3? Any problems? Would you do it again or go a little smaller?
