You going to run a Dry Sump Oil System LASTLS1? At what point do you think it is recommended to go Dry Sump? I was thinking about picking one up as well, but not sure if it will be needed yet.

There really isnt a "Kit" per-se, but there are pans and pumps out there. Drysump.com is proven, dailey engineering is pricey and that is about all that make them in a readily availible setup.

Its really a per application deal. 2 stage? 3 stage? 4 or 5 stage? Whats the target Vacuum? Purpose? What drive setup? how big of a tank? internal or external pressure regulator? Internal pump for pressure and 2 external stages for scavenge? or all external?

There is a lot more to Drysumps than meets the eye. Good luck, and Ill answer any questions I can.

I'm thinking about it. I'm running 7500 rpm and I don't want any problems. I would like to run the rpm a little higher, it really wants to rev!

Damn. $3176...Not any time soon for me. This will be great when I start racing, though.

The ARE system is more of a race setup...Koztecki in Australia has more of a street system that allows use of A/C.

Thats a steep price for a dry dump kit. You could probably fab up something yourself for cheaper.

Very unlikely. You can probably get a pan from Armando for less. However, pumps are pricey, and having the right fittings to allow the other accessories and fit in a street car engine compartment is not trivial. Even in a race car it can get tight.
