Default Need a little help...

My car hasn't been running the greatest lately. I pulled the codes and my O2 sensors have crapped out. I replaced them with some used ones I had, but I'm still getting a error on B2. Which side of the car is each bank, B1, B2, driverside, passenger? B2 always shows a little low at WOT and idle, I'm thinking an exhaust leak although I can't hear it. Also, at various times I'm getting really weird 02 readings, like .006 to .200 for brief moments? Should they ever read this low like when I let off or at part throttle?

What should my 02s read at Idle?

I also noticed my Fuel trims are at 0, which I though was weird with all my mods, heads/cam. I'm using the old DOS Autotap version, so I might upgrade and see if this clears up this problem?

Matt

O2 readings at idle will fluctuate rapidly from like .0 to .9 that's normal.

B1=front o2s
B2=rear o2s
S1=driver's side
S2=passenger side

O2s may have crapped out if they get contaminated you running rich?

B1 = Bank 1 (driver side)
B2 = Bank 2 (passenger side)
S1 = Sensor 1
S2 = Sensor 2
So the sensors to monitor are B1S1 & B2S1 for pre-cat.

Just a little update guys, I put some new 02 sensors in. Looks like it cleared up the problems. I haven't had any codes appear all night. The car's running much better! I also fixed the little exhaust banging problem.

And I also verified by pulling the sensor, B1 = driver side, B2 = passenger side.

Thanks guys.

Matt,

Have you been running leaded race gas at the track? If so, that is what took out your sensors.

I haven't had race gas near my car. It's been running rich though, I think that might be the culprit.

Well guys, the night after I replace the 02s my SES light came back on. I just pulled the codes,

P0135 & P0155 - 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Fronts)

P0140 & P0160 - 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Rear 02 sims)

Ok, what in the he!! is going on. Could I possibly have a short somewhere causing this crap. Anyone know the voltages of each wire in the harness so I can test?

Any ideas?

Matt
