Re: What is the difference between... Seandadd, yeah you can use 98 heads on a 00 as long as you use 98 valve covers along with the 98 coil pack trays. 97-98 valve cover gaskets are different from 99-02 FYI.
Re: What is the difference between... The headers on the 98 and 99's can be swapped out but 2000 and up models have a different EGR setup. you can buy adapters to make them work though

I was going to sell my MMS stage II heads to somebody. The heads were for a 2000 but I just found out the guy who is thinking of buying them has a '98.
What exactly would he need to put these on his car?
