Anyone's underdrive pulley seem out of plane with the rest of their other pulleys?

You may not have the pulley all the way onto the shaft. Did you lubricate the ID with chassis lub? Use an impact to bottom it out. You can actually hear from the sound when it is all the way on. Then use a torque wrench to tighten the bolt to specs.
If you are sure it has bottomed out and it is not aligned you can remove it and sit both the factory and the underdrive pulley on a table next to each other and view across the groves to see if both are the same distance to corresponding grooves.

very possible yours may be out of line, if so you need to correct it. take a straight edge and lay across the pulley and see if is an ilusion or not.

I have an ASP UD crank pulley and it's never had problems.
Make sure the pulley is tq'ed to factory spec, or it won't be drawn onto the crank enuff. <img src="graemlins/formula.gif" border="0" alt="[Pontiac]" />

I had to shim by tensioner pulley with washers (just one on each bolt) to get my belt to quit jumping halfway off. Yes, my crank pulley is ALL the way on.
