Its out for tuners for 3000 bucks or so.

Consumer locked version due around january-ish, for 550.

what do you need to run it?
Besides a laptop, I mean.
Any additional hardware? I'm asking because I was looking to buy a cheep dedicated laptop & need the minimum system requirements.. <img src="graemlins/gr_xmas.gif" border="0" alt="[santa]" />

It works just fine on my Compaq LTE5300 Pentium 133, 32 Meg ram, Win95 laptop. I think that's pretty low end in this day and age.

just a word of caution I hope everybody out there doesn't think they're gonna be "tuners" just for buying the software. you need alot of knowlege on how the VCM works in conjunction with the engine in a dynamic environment. what i'm worried about is if you change the software, it's not very forgiving, ant i think there might be a lot of blown motors from being too lean, or gaswashed piston rings
