Default Power Programmer ?????

Are these worth the $$$ $325.00???
Not looking to do anything drastic!!
Would only like to change shift points etc... BTW, mine is an A4. Thanks!!

worth it for shift point changes and rear gear adjustments. power tuning, it's a car by car thing. i gained a tenth with the power tuning for NON RFG tuning. but others lose power. you can find them used on here and the "other" board(ls1.com) for about 200. that's what i'd do. the adjusted shift points got me .2-.3 by itself. it was optimizing my setup

It's has improved my times a few tenths..it's helpful when you want to change the shift points....it's a worthy investment.

the hypertech tuning slowed my car down alot, it caused a lot of predetination <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

i heard superchips was alot better than hypertech especially their power tuning is superchips worth geting if you are lookin for performance outta the programmer or is it the same as hypertech <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

I've heard some sketchy things about super chips...LadyRedhawk over on the SLP board had it done and it really messed up her car...I have the HPP3 tuning for the rev limiter and thats about it... <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

With your A4 though it will be good for the shifts
