I'd say the torque converter. Perhaps a ST3000 would be the one for you? I don't know much about converters, but apparently many can knock up to 5 tenths of your 1/4 mile.
Vigilante 3200
went from 13.4's w/ 2.1 60ft's street tires down to
12.65 w/ 1.7 60ft on e.t. streets
i also got the tranny cooler(a wise mod) and shift kit installed. that converter or the Yank ST3500 are pretty much the two top converters on the market for the daily driver crowd.

**cough** ST 3500 **cough**
PI 2800 works very nicely with the spray.
The gains from the cam aren't that great unless you have headers, plus you'll probably want tuning, so do the cam last.

My friend Dan aka BlisteringZ dropped exactly 1 second in his ets with a TP4400 and ET drags. The cam will give you .2 and 2mph and the ST3500/drag tires will drop you .6-.8 and give you ~2mph. I would get the converter without a doubt.

Like everyone said. The torque converter is the mod you want to do next.
At this point you'll be disappointed with the gains you'll see with a cam.
It's more fun to do the bolt-ons first anyway. <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">
