it has to be a defect....
this must have been what was making my starter sound so funny....I should have taken it in then.


well there are like holes around the Flex Plate anyway, but there is a crack from the hole to the out side.

All of you know my car was 99% stock, well it's 100% stock now.

I'll be taking it in on Monday. It has to be a defect there is no way a car with only 320 rwhp could break the Flex Plate.

man..this sucks...The car shakes very very bad. I hope this hasn't hurt the engine, i can just see a bad bearing or something....

Info on my car....I race it.. I race it a lot. But have only ran it on either Nittos or Street tires. all i have done is a Lid & gutted MAF.

car dynoed 320rwhp 338 rwtq.
best ET so so far is 12.69 @110.12

it's an 2001 A4 too.

Better have a good look at your rear main seal I'm sure it will need to be replaced if it was that out of balance from being cracked. Hope all goes well
