Will the colder plug hurt HP or TQ
ALSO do the TR6's come gapped appropriately or will I have to gap them?
I plan on puishing around 450 RWHP

Will it make more HP...in the long run and on back to back testing, most definitely. Are there better alternatives out there. why certainly! The post above this provides a suggestion.

I use the TR-6's but I spray once in a while too. I drove around with not spaying for a month once and when I changed out the plugs the TR-6's looked just like the TR-55 I saved from before I had nitrous.

I would say for all motor ~.045 gap would be a good starting point.

-NGK's site said you should reduce the gap (about .004" for every 50 hp you add). I believe the stock gap is .060 so that'd be .052.

I just changed plugs and wires(a real bitch)I'm using the ngk iridiums...I left them at what they were pre-gapped at...Hope this works....been in there for 2 weeks, I can tell a diff in the idle and overall sound of the car..I started to gap the first plug, and my buddy had to remind me that these were iridium plugs and not the tr55's or 6's...
