NGK TR6 vs NGK TR55
I would say for all motor ~.045 gap would be a good starting point.
go 55s
i was leaning towrds the 55's....however, 4 to 1 as of now for the TR6's makes me think...

-NGK's site said you should reduce the gap (about .004" for every 50 hp you add). I believe the stock gap is .060 so that'd be .052.

Will the colder plug hurt HP or TQ
ALSO do the TR6's come gapped appropriately or will I have to gap them?

With that said. A BP7EFS would be a great all around plug for what you are building and even on the juice. less heat, less chances of pre ignition = more sustainable engine loads and power potential. Id run a TR6 for a stock internal bolt on car..LOL
