I believe they make a LS6 MAFT(one specifically for 85MM MAF's) but I think you can use a regular MAFT as well, I know a couple of guys with 85MM MAF's who also use a MAFT just not sure what kind?

Have you put the car on a WB to determine this?

man i'm chopping this thing up. It's 5% lean on base and the WOT o2's are in the 930-950 range. I wan't to get my LTRIMS near zero before touching the WOT adj.
I am running a SLP LS6 MAF and a MAF T.
I am running the MAF T @ -15% on the base right now since my car is running too rich. O2's at WOT last time on the TechII were @ .950 so I need to dyno the car before it see a track again.
So to answer your question you can use both together, the MAF T instantly changes the base on my car... like in 10 seconds you can hear the difference in idle quality.
