Time to upgrade motors! Always the "moving target"
Are you planning to go with the new all bore primarily for nitrous?
I am just curious as to what your plans are <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
If you are planning on hitting a big shot of juice then a slightly smaller bore with thicker higher quality sleeves, and better head studs and gaskets would be more beneficial.

This would have been VERY tempting to me a few months ago, but now that I've gotten the StageII heads, cash is a little short.
I guess I'll just enjoy my current setup for a while, then upgrade to the 382 or 422 later this summer.
How would the T2 work in a 422 compared to the R1?

Scotty, sell your heads and buy this setup instead <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">
Not sure on how well the T2 would work in a 422ci setup. I'll bet it idles nice in that motor!

If it doesn't I don't want it <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">
The solid roller thing seemed real intriguing when I heard of the new shaft setups that were supposed to be really streetable. Only saw a few cars with them and I wouldn't call them streetable.
I'd say go 422 Hydraulic and try out those Noszzles from NOS, those things sound kick ***.
Hell if your made of money grab a C5-R block and go 454.
BTW, I'd still entertain options on my motor, 346CI, Lunati Pro Billet Rods, Ross Custom pistons, ARE Stage III heads, and a bunch of other crap done to it, low compression for turbo/blower setup.
